1. The principle of stacking goods
1. Make use of the storage space as much as possible, and adopt three-dimensional storage methods.
2. Keep proper width and distance between warehouse channel and stack to improve the efficiency of goods loading and unloading.
3. According to the requirements of different receiving and dispatching batches, packaging appearance, nature and inventory method of items, use different stacking tools and adopt different stacking forms. Among them, the stacking of dangerous goods and non-dangerous goods, and items that conflict with each other in nature should be distinguished and not be confused.
4. Don't change the storage location of items easily. Most of them should follow the principle of first in first out.
5. When the storage location is not tight, try to avoid the coverage and crowding of the stacking of items.

Second, the specification of cargo stacking operations
1. Safety: Stacking operators must strictly abide by the safe operation regulations; use various loading and unloading equipment to avoid overloading, and at the same time, prevent the building from exceeding the safe load. The palletizing must not be skewed or skewed, not crooked or falling, firm and solid, so as not to collapse, hurt people, and damage the goods.
2. Reasonable: The nature, specification and size of different commodities are different, so different stack shapes should be used. Commodities of different varieties, origins, grades, and unit prices must be stacked separately for receiving, sending, and keeping. The height of the stacks should be moderate, not to crush the goods and floors at the bottom, and to keep a certain distance from the roof and lighting; the spacing of the stacks, the width of the aisle, the distance between the stacks and the walls, beams and columns, etc., must be reasonable , Moderate. The stacking distance is generally 0.5-0.8m, and the main channel is 2.5-3m.
3. Convenience: The number of stacking rows and layers shall be integers, which is convenient for counting, receiving and dispatching operations. If the goods on the scale are not whole numbers, the weight shall be indicated in layers.
4. Tidy: The stacks of goods should be stacked according to certain specifications and dimensions, and the arrangement should be neat and standardized. Commodity packaging signs should all face outwards for easy searching.
5. Saving: When stacking, attention should be paid to saving space and location, and the use of cargo space should be arranged appropriately and reasonably to improve the utilization rate of warehouse capacity.

3. "Five distances" standard for cargo stacking
1. Top distance: refers to the distance between the top surface of the stockpile and the roof surface of the warehouse. For general flat-topped buildings, the top distance is more than 50 cm; for the gable roof, the top surface of the stack shall not exceed the beam.
2. Light distance: refers to the distance between the fixed lighting lamp and the goods in the warehouse. The distance between the lights should not be less than 50 cm to prevent the lighting from being too close to the product, and the heat from the light may cause a fire.
3. Wall distance: refers to the distance between the wall and the stack. The wall distance is divided into outer wall distance and inner wall distance. Generally, the outer wall distance is more than 50 cm, and the inner wall distance is more than 30 cm. In order to ventilate and disperse dampness and fire prevention, in case of fire, firefighters can enter and exit.
4. Column distance: refers to the distance between the cargo pile and the roof column generally 30-50 cm. The function of the column spacing is to prevent the moisture emitted by the column from dampening the commodity, and to protect the column foot to avoid damage to the building.
5. Stacking distance: refers to the distance between the pile and the pile, usually 100 cm. The function of the pile distance is to make the distance between the pile and the pile clear, prevent confusion, and facilitate ventilation inspection. In the event of a fire, It is also convenient for rescue and evacuation of supplies.
